Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes for the hot kitchen station
- Execute recipes with precision while maintaining portion control and plating standards
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, and waste reduction for assigned station
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety protocols and HACCP standards
- Collaborate with sous chefs and kitchen team during peak service periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on techniques and procedures
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience as Chef de Partie in high-volume restaurant/hotel
- Strong knowledge of hot cooking techniques (grilling, roasting, sautéing)
- Culinary arts degree or certification preferred
- Food handling and safety certification required
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Portfolio of signature dishes demonstrating technical skill
