Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and execute authentic Indian dishes according to standardized recipes and specifications
- Manage station operations during peak hours, ensuring timely plate completion
- Maintain strict food safety protocols and hygiene standards in all kitchen areas
- Coordinate with pantry and cold kitchen sections for seamless service flow
- Assist in menu development through seasonal ingredient experimentation
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on cooking techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply requirements to management
- Adhere to cost control measures without compromising quality
Kualifikasi
- Culinary diploma or equivalent professional certification required
- Minimum 2 years experience in hot kitchen roles, preferably in Indian cuisine
- Deep knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and traditional cooking methods
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP principles
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knife handling and butchery skills
