Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes and pastries according to PAUL Bakery's recipes and standards
  • Ensure all food preparation and cooking activities are executed efficiently and safely
  • Monitor food inventory and quality, ensuring freshness and proper storage

Kualifikasi

  • Culinary arts diploma or certification from a recognized institution
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen
