Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and bread according to our establishment's standards and recipes
- Ensure all pastry items are prepared with the highest quality ingredients and maintained at the proper temperature
- Collaborate with the pastry team to develop new and innovative dessert offerings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry section, following all health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Train and mentor junior pastry staff, sharing knowledge and best practices
- Assist in menu planning and development of seasonal pastry specials
- Ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of all pastry preparations
Kualifikasi
- Culinary diploma or certification in pastry arts or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a pastry chef or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills
- Creative mindset with ability to develop new and innovative pastry designs
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
