We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef De Partie - Pastry to join our award-winning culinary team. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Executive Pastry Chef in the daily production and preparation of high-quality pastries, desserts, and bakery items.
- Manage the pastry station efficiently, ensuring timely service and adherence to strict culinary standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
- Cut, weigh, and mix ingredients according to standardized recipes and plating guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels of pastry ingredients and place orders to minimize waste and ensure availability.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff and apprentices.
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials that align with the hotel's brand identity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Pastry in a reputable 4-5 star hotel or fine dining establishment.
- Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts, or Hospitality Management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking science, and dessert decoration.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in English is an advantage.
- Must possess a valid Food Handler's Certificate.
