You will work alongside award-winning chefs in a state-of-the-art kitchen, contributing to the creation of signature pastries and fine dining experiences that define the St. Regis legacy. Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and cook high-quality pastry items according to standard recipes and plating guides.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in the pastry section at all times.
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and daily production schedules.
  • Manage inventory levels of pastry ingredients to minimize waste.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on pastry techniques and presentation.
  • Ensure all dietary requirements and guest preferences are met with precision.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis in a 4-5 star hotel or high-volume restaurant.
  • Culinary qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, including baking, decorating, and chocolate work.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
