Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and established standards
- Manage a specific station in the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are prepared to perfection
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in accordance with HACCP guidelines
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, sharing knowledge and best practices
- Assist in menu development and innovation, particularly for modern Asian cuisine
- Manage inventory, control costs, and minimize waste
- Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations
- Participate in kitchen deep cleaning and maintenance activities
Kualifikasi
- Culinary diploma or certification from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
- Strong knowledge of modern Asian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations and inventory management
- Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., WSQ Food Safety)
