Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and execute dishes according to standardized recipes and quality specifications
  • Manage daily kitchen operations including inventory control and waste reduction

  • Monitor food quality and presentation across all buffet stations
  • Adhere strictly to HACCP standards and local health regulations
  • Coordinate with sous chefs and management to optimize kitchen efficiency

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years experience as Chef de Partie in high-volume buffet or restaurant settings
  • Professional culinary certification or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Japanese cuisine (buffet experience preferred)
  • Proficient in food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation practices
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a diverse kitchen team
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication skills required
