Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality Italian dishes in accordance with standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, menu planning, and the creation of seasonal specials.
- Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff and commis chefs, fostering a positive and efficient team environment.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and rotating supplies.
- Ensure strict portion control, minimize food wastage, and maintain overall cost efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in a high-volume, reputable restaurant; experience with authentic Italian cuisine is highly advantageous.
- Relevant culinary diploma or equivalent professional kitchen experience.
- Strong knowledge of Italian cooking methods, ingredients, and commercial kitchen equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (as required by local health regulations).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
