Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality Western cuisine dishes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Assist the Head Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen, including mise en place and line cooking.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in accordance with HACCP guidelines and company policies.
- Manage inventory levels for your section, minimizing waste and ensuring ingredients are fresh.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, workstations, and utensils promptly after use.
- Collaborate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to uphold the kitchen's high standards of excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Certificate in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis I in a reputable Western cuisine restaurant or bakery.
- Strong knowledge of Western cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to food safety and quality.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
