Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3 years as Chef de Cuisine/Sous Chef in hotel or fine dining establishment

  • Proven leadership experience managing kitchen teams of 10+ staff
  • Culinary degree or professional certification from accredited institution
  • Strong menu development and cost control abilities
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
