Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain high levels of kitchen cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety protocols at all times.
- Ensure timely and accurate food preparation during peak operational hours.
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and receiving fresh supplies.
- Manage the maintenance and sanitation of kitchen equipment and workstations.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Strictly follow standard operating procedures for food handling and waste management.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or food service environment is an advantage.
- Deep understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
