Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain high levels of kitchen cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety protocols at all times.
  • Ensure timely and accurate food preparation during peak operational hours.
  • Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and receiving fresh supplies.
  • Manage the maintenance and sanitation of kitchen equipment and workstations.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or food service environment is an advantage.
