As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for crafting delicious meals, managing kitchen inventory, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and presentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily kitchen operations and food preparation to ensure timely service.
- Create and modify menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Control food costs and minimize waste through effective inventory management.
- Supervise kitchen staff, including apprentices and junior chefs.
- Train team members on culinary techniques and service standards.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a similar hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Valid food handler's license or culinary certification is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
- Basic English communication skills are a plus.
