Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead all kitchen operations including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Supervise and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high performance standards
  • Ensure consistent quality and adherence to food safety regulations
  • Manage inventory, cost control, and supplier relationships
  • Develop seasonal menus aligned with culinary trends and customer preferences
  • Coordinate with front-of-house teams for seamless service execution
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness, equipment functionality, and safety protocols

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Chef or Sous Chef in high-volume establishments
  • Proven expertise in diverse cooking techniques and international cuisines
  • Strong leadership abilities with team management and training experience
  • Certification in food safety and kitchen hygiene (HACCP)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure
  • Knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and supplier negotiations
  • Creative culinary vision with menu development capabilities
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
