Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to recipes and quality standards
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations
  • Assist in menu planning and new dish development
  • Manage inventory levels and stock rotation to minimize waste
  • Train and supervise junior kitchen staff to maintain consistency
  • Collaborate with front-of-house team for smooth service delivery
  • Monitor equipment maintenance and report issues promptly
  • Control food cost and portion sizes to optimize profitability

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1 year of experience as a chef or cook (entry-level welcome for junior positions)
  • Diploma or certificate in culinary arts preferred
  • Strong knowledge of cooking methods and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Creative mindset with passion for food innovation
  • Valid food hygiene and safety certification
  • Flexibility to work shifts including weekends (with 5-day work week)
