Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize chemical processes to improve efficiency and product quality
- Conduct laboratory analysis and quality control testing for raw materials and finished products
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations in all operations
- Prepare technical documentation including process flow diagrams, SOPs, and maintenance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions
- Monitor process parameters and recommend improvements to reduce costs and waste
- Stay updated with industry advancements and emerging technologies in chemical engineering
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or process engineering
- Strong knowledge of chemical processes, safety standards, and quality control systems
- Proficiency in analytical laboratory techniques and process simulation software
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Certification in HACCP or ISO standards preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
