Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize chemical production processes to ensure maximum efficiency and yield.
- Conduct regular quality control testing and analysis on raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Troubleshoot machinery and process deviations, providing effective root-cause analysis and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with the production team to scale up processes and integrate new technologies.
- Ensure full adherence to all local and international safety standards (OSHA, ISO, etc.).
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation on production status and improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Valid PRC License (Chemical Engineer) is required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of chemical process equipment and thermodynamics.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure industrial setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to safety management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
