Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize chemical and gas processing systems to ensure maximum efficiency and product quality.
- Conduct routine safety audits, risk assessments, and ensure full compliance with local safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform preventative maintenance on plant machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Analyze production data and operational metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to develop and test new gas applications.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and chemical supplies to ensure continuous operations.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, process diagrams, and maintenance logs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the industrial gas, petrochemical, or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of Process Safety Management (PSM) and HSE standards.
- Proficiency in operating chemical plant equipment and using engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SAP).
- Valid engineering license (e.g., BEM Malaysia) is an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
