Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize chemical production processes to ensure efficiency and safety standards are met.
- Conduct routine quality control tests and analyze data to troubleshoot process deviations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with workplace safety (WSH), environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare technical reports, process documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in equipment maintenance scheduling and plant capacity planning.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and chemical reagents required for daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or chemical processing environment.
- Strong knowledge of chemical process safety, thermodynamics, and mass transfer.
- Proficiency in process simulation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Willingness to work in the Tuas region.
