Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive chemical analysis and laboratory testing for various ink formulations to ensure quality compliance.
- Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify areas for operational efficiency and waste reduction.
- Develop and refine ink production protocols to improve consistency and product performance.
- Perform regular testing of raw materials and finished products to maintain strict quality control standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues within the production line related to chemical reactions and fluid dynamics.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation regarding test results, process adjustments, and production yields.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to test new pigment dispersions and chemical additives.
- Ensure all chemical processes adhere to safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in ink manufacturing, coatings, or the chemical processing industry.
- Strong expertise in chemical analysis, laboratory instrumentation, and process monitoring techniques.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable process improvements.
- Familiarity with ISO quality management standards and safety protocols for chemical handling.
- Excellent technical writing skills for reporting and documentation.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to be based at our facility in Banten.
