- Lead and manage R&D projects in chemical engineering, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Design, implement, and optimize chemical processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Oversee laboratory testing, pilot plant operations, and scale-up activities
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process specifications and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into commercial applications
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry safety standards
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field; Master’s or PhD preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of chemical engineering experience with 2+ years in managerial roles
- Proven track record in leading R&D projects from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in process optimization, unit operations, and chemical synthesis techniques
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD)
- Excellent project management capabilities with budget and resource oversight experience
