Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes for refinery and petrochemical applications
- Conduct feasibility studies and process simulations for new technologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in chemical production facilities
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and innovations
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and stakeholder presentations
- Monitor process performance metrics and recommend efficiency enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in refinery or petrochemical industry
- Strong knowledge of chemical processes, unit operations, and process control
- Proficiency in process simulation software (HYSYS, PRO/II)
- Experience with safety protocols and environmental compliance standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
