Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control chemical processes during footwear production to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Analyze chemical formulations and raw materials to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations regarding chemical handling and storage.
- Perform routine quality control testing and troubleshoot any chemical-related issues in the production line.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement process improvements and new technologies.
- Maintain accurate records of chemical usage, inventory levels, and production logs.
- Train and supervise junior staff on proper chemical handling procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (S1 Teknik Kimia) from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the footwear or chemical manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of chemical properties, formulation, and industrial safety protocols.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Willingness to work full-time in a manufacturing environment located in Pemalang, Central Java.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is preferred.
- Fluency in English and/or Indonesian is required.
