Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and operate chemical plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Assist in implementing safety protocols and compliance with environmental regulations
- Collect and analyze data related to chemical processes to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with engineers and team members to solve technical problems
- Document all operations, maintenance activities, and incidents accurately
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a chemical plant or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of chemical processes and plant operations
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations (e.g., OSHA, NEA)
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Basic computer skills for data recording and reporting
