Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine Quality Control (QC) testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of test results in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
- Ensure laboratory equipment is calibrated, maintained, and operated in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support plant operations by providing prompt feedback on sample analysis to prevent production delays.
- Handle chemicals safely and ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations.
- Prepare laboratory reagents, solutions, and standards required for daily analytical testing.
- Participate in laboratory investigations regarding non-conformance or out-of-specification (OOS) results.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or NITEC in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field.
- Prior experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment is highly advantageous, though entry-level candidates with strong academic backgrounds are welcome.
- Proficiency in standard laboratory techniques (e.g., pH testing, titration, viscosity measurement, chromatography).
- Strong understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high output accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Must be able to work in the West area and commit to a 5-day work week.
