Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily chemical process operations to ensure optimal efficiency and safety standards
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Monitor process parameters and troubleshoot technical issues in real-time
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians and operators in best practices
- Ensure strict adherence to environmental regulations and safety protocols
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment calibration and upgrades
- Prepare detailed reports on process performance and incident analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Professional license in Chemical Engineering and/or Chemistry (required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in chemical process supervision
- Strong knowledge of industrial chemical processes and safety regulations
- Proven experience in team leadership and operational management
- Advanced analytical skills for process optimization and problem-solving
- Familiarity with ISO and OHSAS standards
