Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor process equipment according to production plans and safety protocols
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of chemical processing systems
- Monitor and control process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rates) to ensure optimal performance
- Document production data, equipment status, and maintenance activities for compliance reporting
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
- Adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations during all operations
- Collaborate with engineering team to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Process Technology, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years' experience operating chemical/process equipment in industrial settings
- Familiarity with process control systems (DCS/SCADA) and instrumentation principles
- Strong understanding of safety procedures for handling hazardous materials and equipment
- Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance practices and troubleshooting methodologies
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and process flow diagrams
