Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and operate chemical process equipment, including reactors, filtration systems, and distillation units.
- Maintain precise control over process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates to ensure product quality.
- Conduct routine quality inspections and perform in-process laboratory testing to verify batch specifications.
- Adhere strictly to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines and environmental regulations.
- Document production activities, batch records, and equipment logs with high accuracy.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on machinery to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production workflows and improve yield.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and safety training programs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Process Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience in a chemical, petrochemical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.
- Strong understanding of chemical handling protocols and safety management systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting Technical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ability to work rotating shifts as required by the production schedule.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a multicultural team.
- Must be physically fit to perform manual tasks related to process operations.
