Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor chemical process equipment, including plating, cleaning, and etching tanks, in accordance with aerospace specifications.
- Perform routine inspections of aircraft engine components before and after chemical treatment processes.
- Maintain precise documentation of all chemical concentrations, temperatures, and immersion times to ensure process repeatability.
- Adhere strictly to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) protocols and environmental regulations when handling hazardous materials.
- Perform daily maintenance and calibration of processing equipment to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with quality control engineers to analyze process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Support site audits and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a chemical processing, plating, or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of chemical handling safety (MSDS) and hazardous waste management.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, work instructions, and quality manuals.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to maintain consistency in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in a shift-based production environment as required by operations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
