Tanggung Jawab
- Execute chemical processing operations including alkaline cleaning, acid etching, anodizing, hard chrome plating, and paint stripping on various aerospace alloys.
- Perform routine and non-routine chemical bath analysis (titration, pH, conductivity) and add chemicals to maintain solution integrity.
- Inspect processed parts for defects, ensuring conformity to technical specifications and customer requirements using visual and dimensional inspection techniques.
- Operate overhead cranes, hoists, and automated process lines safely and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and accurate production logs, chemical usage records, and non-conformance reports in the company's ERP system.
- Adhere strictly to all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) procedures, including the proper use of PPE, safe handling of hazardous chemicals, and waste management protocols.
- Troubleshoot process issues and assist engineering teams in root cause analysis and corrective actions (RCCA).
- Participate in 5S housekeeping and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Materials Science.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a chemical processing, electroplating, or surface finishing environment (aerospace or semiconductor experience is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of chemical handling, storage, and disposal procedures in compliance with Singapore's NEA regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints, technical manuals, and process specifications.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office) and ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts or a fixed shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong team player with good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
