This full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to $2,500 per month, with rotating shifts and overtime opportunities.
As a Chemical Production Operator, you will be integral to the production process. You will operate and monitor advanced chemical processing equipment, ensure product quality through rigorous testing, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. The role involves a rotating shift schedule (8am-5pm / 12pm-9pm) from Monday to Friday, with potential overtime on weekdays and Saturdays to meet production demands.

- Operate chemical production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor process parameters and adjust as necessary to ensure product quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Maintain accurate production logs and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with team members to optimize production flow.
- Handle raw materials and finished products safely.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in chemical production or similar environment.
- Knowledge of chemical processing and safety procedures.
- Ability to work rotating shifts (8am-5pm / 12pm-9pm) and overtime.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Relevant certification or diploma in chemical engineering or related field is an advantage.
