Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor chemical production machinery and automated systems to ensure efficient output.
- Perform routine inspection and quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
- Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Maintain a clean and organized work station to ensure optimal safety and compliance.
- Document production data and batch records accurately in the digital management system.
- Coordinate with engineering teams for equipment troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
- Participate in safety briefings and maintain an incident-free working environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
- Previous experience in a chemical, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing plant is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and industrial risk management.
- Ability to perform 12-hour rotating shifts as required by the production schedule.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for data entry and machine interface operation.
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
