We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented individual to drive our sales efforts for a diverse portfolio of chemical raw materials including natural rubber, natural latex, various plastics (EVA, PP, ABS, POE), and synthetic rubber products (SBR1502, NBR, BR, IR80, etc.).
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients across various industries, understanding their specific requirements, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. You'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of chemical products and develop deep expertise in the chemical raw materials market.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for chemical raw materials including natural rubber, latex, plastics, and synthetic rubber
- Identify and prospect new clients in industries requiring chemical raw materials
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Provide product knowledge and technical information to clients
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in chemical raw materials sales or related industry
- Strong knowledge of chemical products, particularly rubber, latex, plastics, and synthetic materials
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
