Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the chemical industry to expand our market reach.
- Provide technical consultation and product recommendations to clients based on their specific industrial applications.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and technical proposals to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the internal supply chain and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate product application.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related industrial field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the chemical or industrial manufacturing sector.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex chemical properties to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing a sales pipeline.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for sales reporting and tracking.
- Willingness to travel locally to visit client sites as required.
