Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and operate chemical processing equipment during assigned shifts to ensure continuous production and minimal downtime.
- Perform routine analysis and testing of chemical samples using NMR, HPLC, or similar analytical instruments to determine chemical shifts and purity.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of production data, chemical parameters, and operational findings.
- Conduct regular safety checks and ensure all Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) protocols are strictly followed at all times.
- Respond promptly to process deviations or alarms to troubleshoot issues and mitigate risks effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to optimize processes.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and calibration of laboratory equipment and work areas.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the petrochemical or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of chemical analysis techniques, laboratory safety procedures, and hazard communication.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as required by production schedules.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Valid Singaporean Work Permit or Citizenship.
- Familiarity with HSE standards, ISO processes, and compliance regulations.
