Working within a strictly regulated Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment, you will be responsible for ensuring that chemical formulations and processes meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor chemical manufacturing equipment in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all production batches to ensure strict GMP compliance.
- Perform routine troubleshooting and basic maintenance on production machinery to minimize downtime.
- Conduct sampling and preliminary testing of chemical batches to verify product specifications.
- Ensure a high standard of housekeeping and cleanliness in the production area at all times.
- Execute shift-based production plans to meet daily output targets while adhering to stringent safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA/QC and engineering, to resolve process deviations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (Pharmaceutical, Food, or Chemicals) is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) regulations.
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends as required.
- Proficient in documentation with a keen eye for detail and data integrity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be physically fit to perform manual tasks related to chemical handling and equipment operation.
