Join our dynamic team as a Chemist in Pasig City, Metro Manila, where you will play a key role in supporting laboratory operations and driving product formulation for our cosmetics and fragrance lines.
In this position, you will collaborate with research and development scientists to develop new cosmetic products, conduct rigorous testing, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing samples using advanced analytical techniques, maintaining accurate records, and interpreting data to inform formulation decisions. Working closely with crossâfunctional teams, you will help scale up promising prototypes into mass production while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct laboratory testing and analysis of cosmetic and fragrance raw materials and finished products.
- Assist in the formulation and development of new cosmetic and fragrance products, from concept to pilot scale.
- Maintain accurate records of experiments, test results, and formulations in compliance with GMP.
- Perform quality control checks and ensure all products meet regulatory and company standards.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to scale up formulations for commercial production.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring calibration and safety protocols are followed.
- Investigate and troubleshoot product issues, recommending corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new ingredients, and regulatory changes affecting cosmetics and fragrances.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in cosmetics, personal care, or fragrance development.
- Strong knowledge of analytical techniques such as GC, HPLC, spectrophotometry, and wet chemistry methods.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory guidelines for cosmetic products.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to adapt to a fastâpaced work environment and continuously learn new technologies.
