Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine chemical analysis and physical testing of samples in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Assist in the execution of R&D projects by preparing reagents, setting up apparatus, and documenting experimental findings.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory instrumentation to ensure optimal performance and accuracy of test results.
- Perform meticulous data entry and maintain accurate electronic/physical records of all laboratory work.
- Adhere strictly to laboratory safety protocols, including the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring chemical supplies and laboratory consumables.
- Support the team in troubleshooting technical issues and improving current laboratory workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a laboratory or industrial chemistry setting is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical data accurately.
- Proficiency in standard laboratory techniques and familiarity with analytical equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety (OSHA standards).
