You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our chemical productsâfrom initial laboratory-scale synthesis and testing to the complex challenges of scaling up for commercial production. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute polymer synthesis projects from experimental design to final formulation.
- Develop, test, and optimize innovative coating technologies for industrial applications.
- Supervise daily laboratory activities, ensuring all safety protocols and best practices are strictly followed.
- Perform comprehensive quality control (QC) testing on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Manage the scale-up process from laboratory benchtop to production-grade manufacturing.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during production to minimize downtime and maintain product consistency.
- Maintain accurate documentation of experimental results, test data, and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Material Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory or chemical manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of polymer chemistry, rheology, and surface coating technologies.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex chemical formulations and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in operating analytical instruments such as FTIR, DSC, or viscosity meters.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.
