Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct chemical and physical testing of medical device materials and finished products
- Perform analytical tests using HPLC, GC, FTIR, and other specialized laboratory equipment
- Document test results meticulously and maintain accurate quality control records
- Investigate product non-conformances and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, GMP, and other regulatory standards
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Participate in internal audits and process validation activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control laboratory environment
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 and medical device quality management systems
- Proficiency in operating analytical instruments and interpreting complex data
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Experience with statistical process control methodologies
- Certification in quality management systems (e.g., Six Sigma, CQA) preferred
