Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in Chemistry, Mathematics, or Physics according to the curriculum.
- Create comprehensive educational content, including lesson plans, lecture notes, assignments, and assessments.
- Supervise classroom activities to ensure a safe, productive, and respectful learning environment.
- Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate progress records.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to improve instructional strategies and cross-disciplinary projects.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences to communicate student progress and academic goals.
- Mentor students through extracurricular activities, clubs, or academic competitions.
- Attend school-wide events and professional development workshops to stay current with pedagogical trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, or related Education fields from a reputable university.
- Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience (fresh graduates with a strong academic record are welcome to apply).
- Deep understanding of the relevant subject matter and effective teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both in Indonesian and English.
- Strong commitment to the school’s vision and Christian-based educational values.
- Ability to utilize technology in the classroom for blended or digital learning environments.
