Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Chemistry lessons that align with the national and institutional curriculum.
- Design and facilitate hands-on laboratory experiments that promote safety, scientific inquiry, and practical application.
- Evaluate student performance through diverse assessment methods, providing constructive feedback to drive academic growth.
- Integrate modern educational technology and digital resources to enhance the learning experience.
- Mentor students academically and provide guidance for science-related projects and competitions.
- Collaborate with the science department to refine curriculum standards and teaching methodologies.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages student participation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry Education, Chemistry, or a closely related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Chemistry at the Senior High School (SMA) level.
- Strong command of pedagogical techniques and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
- Deep understanding of the national curriculum and modern assessment frameworks.
- Commitment to continuous professional learning and pedagogical innovation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, multicultural school environment.
