Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and administer chemotherapy agents accurately according to physician orders and safety protocols.
- Monitor patients throughout the infusion process, observing for signs of adverse reactions or complications.
- Maintain precise documentation of all administered medications and patient responses.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment schedules, side effects, and home care management.
- Maintain a sterile and organized chemotherapy infusion suite.
- Collaborate with oncologists and pharmacists to ensure optimal drug therapy management.
- Provide psychological and emotional support to patients facing treatment challenges.
- Assist in the management of central venous access devices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution.
- Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse in the Philippines.
- At least 1-2 years of clinical experience, preferably in an oncology, infusion, or intensive care setting.
- IV Certification or specialized chemotherapy administration training is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide compassionate care to patients.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
- High degree of emotional intelligence and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to work full-time in San Fernando, Pampanga.
