Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Manage tax reporting and ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Coordinate and lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and banking institutions.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and reports to management to support decision-making.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team to ensure operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure environments and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
