PT Sinar Taman Plastindo is a leading player in the manufacturing industry, and we are currently seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Accounting to lead our finance department in Malang. This is a pivotal role for a professional who is not only technically proficient in accounting and taxation but also capable of driving financial efficiency and supporting executive-level decision-making.
As the Chief Accounting, you will oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations. You will be responsible for building robust financial processes, mentoring the finance team, and providing actionable insights that contribute to the company's long-term growth and operational excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive accounting systems, internal controls, and financial policies.
- Manage the end-to-end accounting cycle, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Indonesian Tax regulations (PPN, PPh 21/23/25/29, and Corporate Income Tax).
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and reporting to management to facilitate informed business decisions.
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and capital expenditure monitoring.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Professional certification (CA, CPA, or Brevet A/B) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Taxation laws and PSAK (Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with professional integrity.
