Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Manage the end-to-end tax compliance process, including PPh, VAT (PPN), and other regulatory filings.
- Monitor cash flow, manage bank reconciliations, and handle petty cash reporting for the property.
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits to ensure complete transparency and compliance.
- Develop and implement robust internal financial controls to mitigate risks and safeguard company assets.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and budget forecasts to support management decision-making processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an accounting or finance leadership role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian taxation laws and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Xero, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data with integrity.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge financial data into business insights.
