PT Budikota Indonesia Raya is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Chief Accounting to join our dynamic team in Cikarang Pusat. If you are an expert in hospitality financial management with a passion for operational excellence, this is the perfect opportunity to lead our finance department and drive sustainable growth.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire accounting lifecycle, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing high-level financial analysis to support senior management decision-making. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health while optimizing cost structures within our hotel operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the daily financial operations, including AP/AR, General Ledger, and Cash Management.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with PSAK and hotel industry standards.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis to ensure financial stability.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting and finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, audits, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads to monitor departmental expenses and drive cost-saving initiatives.
- Manage relationships with internal and external auditors, banks, and tax authorities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the hotel/hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and integrated ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional certification such as Brevet A & B is highly preferred.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
