Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including AP/AR, General Ledger, and Tax reporting.
- Ensure the integrity of financial statements and compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and local tax regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for financial reporting to regional headquarters, utilizing professional Mandarin proficiency.
- Develop and implement internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and maximize operational efficiency.
- Oversee tax filing processes, including PPh, PPN, and corporate income tax compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Manage external audits and maintain strong relationships with tax authorities and financial institutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory for this position.
- Strong command of Indonesian tax regulations and local corporate financial reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge cultural and linguistic gaps in a multinational retail environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines within a dynamic retail setting.
