Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage bakery operations, ensuring production of high-quality baked goods and pastries
- Develop innovative recipes and menus aligned with hotel brand standards and guest preferences
- Oversee inventory management, supplier relationships, and cost control measures
- Train and mentor bakery staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
- Coordinate with F&B department to support banqueting, restaurant, and event requirements
- Monitor operational efficiency and implement process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of professional baking experience with 2+ years in supervisory/leadership role
- Culinary degree or certification in baking/pastry arts preferred
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment maintenance
- Proven track record in cost control, inventory management, and supplier negotiations
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Creativity in developing new products and adapting to culinary trends
