Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily bakery operations including baking, decorating, and packaging of bread, pastries, and confectionery items
- Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer demand while minimizing waste
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and AEON's quality guidelines
- Train, supervise, and motivate bakery staff to achieve optimal performance
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team for ingredient ordering
- Develop and introduce new bakery products to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, organized work environment
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve profitability
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen environment
- Previous retail or supermarket bakery experience is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Certification in food handling or culinary arts is an advantage
